Dr. Myles Cheung
Dr. Myles is a dedicated general dentist with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney. His passion for dentistry spans all age groups, from children to the elderly. Known for his positivity, professionalism, and commitment to patient care, Dr. Cheung values continuous learning and is currently training at the Kois Center in Seattle to enhance his practice.
Dr. Cheung has a special interest in same-day extraction and immediate implant placement, which can offer significant time savings and improve the healing process for patients. This approach, while case-dependent, can shorten the overall implant treatment timeline.
In restorative dentistry, Dr. Cheung focuses on preserving natural tooth structure, bio-emulation, and bonding. He strives to produce restorations that are long-lasting, high-quality in terms of texture and bite, and free of sensitivity. Many patients have appreciated his gentle hands and near pain-free injections.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Cheung enjoys spending time with his family and cooking, emphasizing the importance of a balanced lifestyle. Dr. Tammie Cheung
Dr. Tammie Cheung is a general dentist who is dedicated to the health and well being of her patients. As a Calgarian, she is proud to be serving in the community where she was born and raised.
Dr. Cheung’s journey to dentistry commenced after she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Soon after, she began working as a sterilization technician and chairside assistant at a dental clinic. She developed her passion for dentistry here and went on to pursue her dental hygiene degree in Vancouver at the University of British Columbia. After practicing as a dental hygienist for a few years, Dr. Cheung decided to return to school to become a dentist. She wanted to be able to do more for her patients. Her journey took her on an adventure to Australia, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney. Dr. Cheung values continued education and is currently training at the Kois Centre in Seattle.
Dr. Cheung enjoys all aspects of dentistry and enjoys working with patients of all ages. She is always striving to provide excellent care for her patients while practicing predictable, evidence-based dentistry. Most of all, she loves building lasting relationships with her patients. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cheung enjoys spending time with her family and travelling. She also is keen on cooking and trying new recipes.
